Announcement: Management change in UAB Elektroskandia LT

On November 16th Algirdas Vaskelis has resigned from his duties as CEO of UAB Elektroskandia LT to pursue other opportunities outside the company. Effective of today, Andrejus Firsanovas is appointed to Country Manager of UAB Elektroskandia LT and Reijo Pohjonen appointed to new CEO. Reijo Pohjonen is also acting as CEO in AS Elektroskandia Estonia.

I thank Algirdas for his efforts in developing Elektroskania Lithuania during his more than eight years as CEO and reaching the leading position in electrical wholesaling in Lithuania. I also wish him all the best in his future challenges.

Even though the economical recession has hit especially hard all the Baltic Countries including Lithuania, UAB Elektroskandia LT fully owned by Elektroskandia Suomi Oy (in Finland) is committed to lead and build up further the electrical wholesale market in Lithuania.
